I'm having a little problem with this, and I'm sure I must be doing something wrong. Thing is, when I double click the VXTileset Tool a windows pop-up all in japanese and I can't understand whats wrong. help? :/

Sorry, I can't help. It's a problem a bunch of other people have as well, and I'm pretty sure it's just different on everyone's computer. However, I have uploaded a blank demo game which has the settings in the TileE set up already so you don't have to use the program anymore (it's set up exactly like I portrayed it in the tutorial). However, there's now a new script out made by IceDragon which does the same thing as KGC's Tileset Extension Tool, except you don't need to use an external program, it's all scripted. You can see the script here: [link]

Is there some kind of compatibility issue? I'm using OriginalWij's Title Map script and it causes KGC's script to crash.

I have no idea, since I do not use that script from OriginalWij's.

Try placing one script above the other to see if that fixes the problem.
